Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)
Confronting Public Health Challenges in Bucks County
Lower Bucks Hospital is dedicated to tackling the pressing public health challenges facing our community. In collaboration with community partners, we engaged in the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), a comprehensive initiative aimed at identifying and addressing the health needs across our region.
Through the CHNA process, we gathered invaluable insights from community members during a series of focused conversations. Their input has played a crucial role in shaping our understanding of the specific health concerns affecting Bucks County residents.
In response to these identified needs, Lower Bucks Hospital is committed to developing targeted initiatives as part of our CHNA Implementation Plan. This plan will outline strategic actions aimed at improving community health outcomes, ensuring that we not only respond to current challenges but also proactively promote wellness and health equity in our region.
Together, we aim to foster a healthier Bucks County, leveraging community engagement and collaboration to create lasting positive change.
