Celebrating Excellence: Lower Bucks Hospital Honors Employee Service Awards

Lower Bucks Hospital recently gathered to celebrate its Annual Employee Service Awards, an event dedicated to honoring the outstanding contributions of its staff. This cherished tradition acknowledges the impressive 925 years of collective service that the employees have devoted to the institution, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to excellence in patient care.

This year’s ceremony paid special tribute to 66 employees, recognizing an extraordinary 925 hours of service. Among them were two individuals who have dedicated 45 years each to the hospital, embodying the spirit of perseverance and commitment. The theme, “Lower Bucks Employees: Perseverance,” resonated throughout the ceremony, highlighting the resilience and dedication that these employees bring to their roles every day.

Chief Executive Officer Michael Motte expressed profound gratitude, stating, “Our employees are the heart and soul of Lower Bucks Hospital. Each milestone, whether it be five years or fifty, signifies a deep-rooted trust and commitment between our staff and the organization. Celebrating their loyalty and tireless work is vital, as it ultimately shapes the quality of care we provide to our community.”

Kevin Carrion, Regional Director of Human Resources, echoed this sentiment, sharing his enthusiasm: “The Employee Service Awards are my favorite event of the year. It is a time to reflect on the incredible contributions of our employees. Their tenure is a powerful testament to their commitment, hard work, and passion, which truly distinguishes Lower Bucks Hospital from others.”

At Lower Bucks Hospital, an employee-centric and patient-focused culture is paramount. Celebrating these significant career milestones serves as a reminder of the integral role each employee plays in the hospital’s mission and the enrichment they bring to the community.

This year’s awards not only recognize years of dedicated service but also celebrate the enduring impact these employees have on the hospital’s success and reputation for excellence. Through their unwavering commitment, Lower Bucks Hospital continues to thrive, providing high-quality patient care and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients alike.
