Congratulations Ronak Bhimani, M.D. for winning the 2021 Top Physicians Under 40 Award

Bristol, PA– (06/21/2021) – Ronak Bhimani, MD, chief medical officer at Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA, was recently named the 2021 recipient of the Pennsylvania Medical Society’s (PAMED) Physician Award for Top Physicians Under 40 Award. Recipients of the award were nominated by colleagues and selected by a committee of Pennsylvania Medical Society member physicians.

To be eligible for the award, physicians must be PAMED members under the age of 40.

Ronak Bhimani, MD, is an internist with Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, who is making a significant impact in his community as a physician leader, teacher, and entrepreneur.

At a young age, he was promoted to Associate Program Director of Internal Medicine at Lower Bucks Hospital, as well as Chief Medical Officer. He is involved in medical staff development, optimal utilization management, and cost containment initiatives. As vice-chairman of the board of directors at Lower Bucks Hospital, he is also involved in strategic projects for tertiary care facility development and qualified physician recruitment.

He is actively involved in teaching medical students and residents at Suburban Hospital and Lower Bucks Hospital. He also volunteers with Doctors Without Borders for rural health care improvement across the globe.
