Bristol, PA (March 27, 2025) – Lower Bucks Hospital proudly announces the celebration of its Annual Employee Service Awards, an event dedicated to honoring the remarkable contributions of its staff who have collectively devoted an impressive 825 years of service to the institution. This year, we are excited to recognize 61 exemplary employees whose unwavering commitment to high-quality patient care has been instrumental in the hospital’s ongoing success and reputation for excellence.

The Employee Service Awards represent a cherished tradition at Lower Bucks Hospital, providing a heartfelt platform to express our profound gratitude to those who exemplify dedication, professionalism, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in their daily roles. The theme for this year’s event, “Lower Bucks Employees: Perseverance,” resonates deeply as we acknowledge the extraordinary efforts of individuals who have consistently gone above and beyond, embodying the spirit of resilience and commitment.

“Our employees are the heart and soul of Lower Bucks Hospital,” said Chief Executive Officer, Michael Motte. “Each milestone, whether it be five years or fifty, signifies a deep-rooted trust and commitment that exists between our staff and the organization. It is vital that we celebrate their loyalty, dedication, and tireless work, which ultimately shapes the quality of care we provide to our community.”

Renee Stewart, Chief Nursing Officer at Lower Bucks Hospital, echoed Motte’s sentiments, stating, “Recognizing five to fifty years of tenure is not just about numbers; it is a profound testament to the relationships we build within our organization. Our employees have dedicated their best years to our mission, and today we honor their hard work and unwavering loyalty.”

Kevin Carrion, Director of Human Resources at Lower Bucks Hospital, shared his enthusiasm for the occasion: “The Employee Service Awards are my favorite event of the year.
